Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding was born Elena Jane Goulding in Hereford on December 30, 1986. Ellie Goulding rose quickly to the top with her electronic pop music after getting the public's attention through her hit songs "Starry Eyed" along with "Guns and Horses" in 2010. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is a standout contemporary artist due to her soprano voice and talent for writing songs that are both catchy and emotional. She's akin to Kate Bush, Imogen Heap and other artists similar to her. Polydor Records offered her a contract as major label. She started to plan for her debut.
